Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Hunerr Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Hunerr Inc., Clients (primarily based in the United States), and Talent (primarily based in Pakistan).

2. Account Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. User Obligations

For Clients (United States)

Clients agree to provide clear and accurate job descriptions and to pay for services rendered by Talent in accordance with the agreed terms. Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for complying with US labor laws where applicable.

For Talent (Pakistan)

Talent agrees to perform services in a professional manner, meet agreed deadlines, and accurately represent their skills and experience. Talent acknowledges that they are independent contractors and not employees of Hunerr Inc. or the Client.

4. Payments & Taxes

All payments on the platform are initiated in United States Dollars (USD).

• Clients: You are responsible for paying all fees in USD, including any applicable transaction fees.
• Talent (Pakistan): Payments will be disbursed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The conversion from USD to PKR will be calculated based on the prevailing exchange rate on the date of payment. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your income, including filing with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

5. Intellectual Property Rights (Work for Hire)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product created by Talent for a Client shall be considered "work made for hire." Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the work product transfer automatically from the Talent to the Client.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The governing law for these terms shall be the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
